“Delis” in Paris [food concept]

Image 1Street food, itinerant food… Here comes (not that common in Paris) “delicatessen” grocery-retaurants.
What’s those concepts guideline? “… responding to a specific urban demand : people in a hurry, looking for affordable and quality food” says one of the founder.
