Less buying… a trend (1/5)

“Less buying, more sharing. Big brands need to stop measuring success in terms of units sold, and think in terms of units used” are this main article’s words published in the HBR review.

Sharing, swapping, recycling, combining businesses… consumer habits are changing, slowly probably but deeply.
We’ll see this week how retailers and shopping centres are responding to this trend :
– Some totally based their model on sharing
– Others adapted a part for an event
– Others for an additional service
